Maintenance plans for beds, windows and gutters

Monthly flowerbed care and quarterly exterior cleaning from the crew that built the beds, so a finished yard stays the way it was drawn.

Chapter 01

What happens to a bed nobody tends

Beds do not hold still. Weeds take the gaps first, mulch fades from dark to grey and thins until soil shows, shrubs grow past the shape they were planted to hold, and the seasonal color that looked sharp in spring is leggy by midsummer.

The rest of the exterior goes the same way. Gutters pack with leaves and hold water against the house, the roof collects debris, and windows pick up a film that makes a clean landscape look dirty from the street.

None of it is hard work, which is the problem. It is the not so fun stuff, and it only stays small if somebody does it every month.

What is in a Riaz maintenance plan

Riaz has a maintenance team for exactly this: monthly flowerbed maintenance, including trimming, pruning, seasonal color touch ups, and a consistent annual mulch refresh.

There are also quarterly services: professional exterior and interior window cleaning, plus roof and gutter cleaning, to ensure a clean exterior.

Maddie T., in a testimonial on Riaz Landscaping’s own site, describes how it works day to day: “If he sees something that needs to be done he notifies me and we get it taken care of with no fuss.”

Chapter 03

Homes, businesses and the quarterly check-in

Carson has hands-on experience with both residential and commercial projects, and a maintenance plan is how a finished bed stays that way, whether it sits at a house or beside a business, like the new commercial bed in the photo above.

Jamey Whitley, in a Google review, wrote: “He always checks in with us quarterly to make sure everything is going well.” That check-in is the part of a plan that keeps a small problem from turning into a big one.

Plans are built around the property. Call or write Carson with the address and what you want kept up, and ask what a plan looks like for that yard.
